We are happy to create a custom-made tour just for you.
There are so many ways that we can design a tour and so many elements that could be included. We have done the ‘(Nearly!) All of Dublin in 5 hours’ with an add-on for food or a guided visit of St. Patrick’s Cathedral or with a romantic twist for honeymooners involving appropriate photography.
Simply take any of our sightseeing tours and consider adding any of the below listed tour elements (or suggest your own!).
Will you be with a friend who loves their single-origin coffee? We can add that as a stop during the tour to make the experience extra valuable for them. Or do you want to do something special for your spouse on your anniversary? We could arrange lunch at a nice restaurant for just the two of you, or champagne and strawberries at the end of the tour. You could even do it with our other tours. Consider having lunch in a nice restaurant during our Sights & Pints tour, or watching a demonstration on how an Irish coffee is made during our Pub Tour.
Alternatively, you choose a tour that is focused on that particular tour element like a Food Tour, Architecture Tour, or Oscar Wilde Tour. Of course, if you’d like a tour with a brilliant mix of different elements, you should read about our Ultimate Day in Dublin, which has elements of our Food Tour, Pub Tour, Crafts & Design Tour and Museums Tour.
Don’t just take our word for it. Read our reviews below.
Garvan was beyond compare. He tailored our tour to our interests, always thinking one step ahead and adding in bonus adventures like a rendition of On Reglan Road in an alleyway and trying Tayto crisps with Cadbury milk chocolate. Our lunch stop was incredible. Garvan nailed it on every count- history, food, book stalls, a vintage shop in Temple Bar. His passion for Dublin is contagious and his tour guide skills just make the day the best ever. We visited 4 different cities in Ireland & UK this trip and we hired private guides in all cities. Garvan was by far the best experience. Highly recommended.

An extremely knowledgeable tour!
We booked our Nearly All of Dublin walking tour about 7-8 months in advance. I requested Cathal right away after reading such wonderful reviews. I’m so thankful we did! He did an outstanding job for the 2 of us. He’s extremely knowledgeable, accommodating, informative, entertaining, kind, charming and just an overall joy to be around. He offered to take pictures of us and even help us locate a beverage and food item someone told us to be sure and try. I would without a doubt recommend him. Our tour with Cathal as our guide was one of the best tours we have taken in all our travels! Thank you so much Cathal!!

Excellent trip around Dublin
Dublin Tour guide service was easy to book and the tour was exactly what we wanted since we only had 6 days in Ireland and needed an Irish friend to get us up and running around Dublin. Our guide Maitlu was wonderful! He showed us a little bit of everything such as many historical locations, coffee, food, beer, traditional Irish music stops, shopping etc. all the while giving us so much information about Irish culture. We especially liked learning what to do and not do in Ireland and thoroughly enjoyed having lunch and a pint with Maitlu. We wish we were Irish!

Amazing Tour Guide
Having only one day in Dublin we wanted to make the most of it. What better way then getting private tour and learn not only about the sights you are seeing but also about the Irish history? We had our two sons with us (ages 11 and 13) and they were fully entertained and educated by Garvan throughout the tour. Garvan is a wealth of knowledge and truly customizes the tour based on your specific interests. In our case we wanted to visit Fallon & Byrne to sample some of the amazing local foods, so Garvan worked that in and helped us select some great Irish cheeses, chocolate, and other products. Highly recommended for a memorable trip to Dublin!
