With no brand history or marketing budget, Garvan turned to TripAdvisor reviews to establish credibility. By 2013, Dublin Tour Guide ranked #5 in all of Dublin, leading to a surge in demand. But with back-to-back tours, he saw a risk—without fresh enthusiasm, even a great tour could feel ordinary.
